2025 Pricing
All prices include: access to various ceremony sites on barn property, second floor bridal suite, 5’ round tables, white padded chairs, misc rectangular tables and cocktail tables, 3 wood 10’ farm tables, set up of tables and chairs (decorating not included), assistance to clean up DIY decorations, removal of trash and recyclables. Two staff members and a member of the management team will be on hand for the day of the event. Liquor packages are also provided by the Orchards, please inquire for current pricing.
Up to 100 guests - $7900 Exclusive use of the barn and grounds Friday 1-7pm and Saturday 6am-11pm.
101 - 150 guests - $8900

All items listed above PLUS linens, napkins, china and tableware, water goblets, set up of tables, bussing, clean-up and day of coordination for ceremony and reception.
151 - 175 guests - $13,500
176 - 200 guests - $14,500

Butternut creek ceremony site with hayride for guest transport - 100 guests max. - $500
Grooms Cabin - 14’ x 24’ rustic cabin with options for heating and cooling, arcade and pin ball games, mini refrigerator and 14’ x 8’ front porch - available for day of ceremony - $175
Rehearsal dinner - Use of barn until 9pm Friday, set up and clean up of food, linens and disposable tableware - $575
Bonfire in the evening, ready to light and tend - $250
Patio heaters (5 available) - $50 each
Meet & Greet - use of an alpaca, donkey or horse for pictures - $100
Coordination (day of wedding) - $750
Remote pictures for wedding couple and their photographer (Butternut Creek, woods, apple orchard) - $125
